These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Optivise's websites, mobile applications, APIs, software, documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). "Optivise," "we," "us," or "our" means Optivise FZ-LLC and its affiliates.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (together, the "Agreement"). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept the Agreement on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and may provide notice via the Service or email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where eligibility is not met.

3. Acceptable Use

You will not (and will not permit others to):

4. Your Content & Privacy

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Optivise a license to process your content only as necessary to provide the Service. We treat your content as confidential and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. AI Outputs & Limitations

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate. They are provided for informational purposes only and are not professional advice. Maintain human review for important decisions.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO ANY CLAIM.
